Practical sessions. Immediate application.
Our workshops are working sessions, not lectures. Participants leave with a clearer picture of their own data and a specific list of things to try.
What does a data workshop actually involve?
Most data education focuses on tools and techniques. Our workshops focus on questions. What decisions does your business make repeatedly? What would you want to know before making them? What information do you already have that might help?
These aren't abstract questions. We work through them with your actual business as the example. Participants bring their own data contexts and leave with specific, actionable observations about their own situation.
The format varies by workshop, but the approach is consistent: audit first, theorize second.
Three formats for different needs
Reading Your Own Numbers
Half-day / Owner-focusedDesigned for business owners who want a clearer picture of their own data before involving their team. We work through your specific data sources, identify what decisions they could inform, and leave you with a written summary of findings.
This workshop works well as preparation for a full team session, or as a standalone starting point for businesses that aren't sure where to begin.
Data Habits for Small Teams
Half-day / Team-focusedFor businesses where multiple people contribute to data collection or use it for decisions. We build shared understanding of what data exists, who uses it, and how to establish simple routines that keep information connected to action.
The session includes group exercises and produces a shared document that participants can reference afterward.
Full-Day Data Clarity Session
Full-day / CombinedA complete working day combining the owner-focused morning with a team session in the afternoon. Suitable for businesses that want to build a shared foundation and leave with a concrete action plan by end of day.
Pre-session questionnaires are sent two weeks in advance. Post-session we provide a written summary and follow-up call after thirty days.
How to arrange a workshop
Get in touch via the contact page with a brief description of your business and how many people would attend. We'll schedule a short call to understand your situation and recommend the appropriate format.
Workshops in the Łódź region can be held at your premises or at a neutral location we can arrange. Remote workshops use video conferencing and shared documents. The pre-session questionnaire is sent two weeks before the session date.
We schedule workshops at least three weeks in advance to allow proper preparation.
Enquire About a WorkshopWhat people ask before booking
Do participants need any data experience?
No. The workshops are designed for people who work with data incidentally rather than professionally. Spreadsheet familiarity is sufficient. No technical background required.
Can workshops be customized for our industry?
Yes. The pre-session questionnaire allows us to tailor examples and exercises to your business type. Retail, hospitality, professional services, and other small business contexts each have their own data patterns.
What should participants bring?
Access to their main data sources during the session. This might be a laptop with access to their booking system, a spreadsheet they maintain, or even printed reports. The more concrete the better.
Is a workshop a substitute for a full audit?
Not exactly. A workshop builds awareness and starts conversations. A full audit goes deeper into specific systems and produces a more detailed action plan. Some businesses find a workshop is sufficient. Others use it as a starting point.
