Why we focus on what's already there
Not on what you should build. Not on what tools to buy. On the data sitting unused in systems you already operate.
Where did this come from?
We noticed a pattern across many small business conversations. The business owner would describe a decision they found difficult. Pricing a service. Knowing when to hire. Figuring out which customers were worth pursuing.
Then we'd ask what data they had. And they'd describe spreadsheets, booking records, email open rates, sales history. Information that pointed directly at the question they were struggling with.
The data existed. The problem wasn't a lack of data. It was a lack of connection between the data and the decision.
That gap, consistently present and consistently addressable, became the focus of this work.
The principles behind how we work
Look before recommending
We don't arrive with a standard solution. We arrive with questions. The audit comes first, and the recommendations follow what we find. Not the other way around.
No new tools required
Adding software before understanding what you have is a way to create more unused data, not less. We focus on extracting value from existing systems before proposing anything new.
People make decisions, not dashboards
A visualization nobody reads is not an improvement. We focus on getting useful information to the specific person making a specific recurring decision.
Proportionate to business size
Small businesses don't need enterprise-grade data infrastructure. They need clear, relevant information delivered in ways that fit how they actually work.
"The question isn't whether you have data. It's whether the data you have is reaching the decisions that need it."
Small businesses with real complexity.
Two to fifty people. Usually owner-operated or close to it. Often with multiple data sources that have grown organically over time without anyone having designed how they'd connect.
Retail businesses, service firms, small hospitality operations, professional practices. The industry varies. The pattern doesn't: data collected without a clear plan for how it informs anything.
We work remotely across Poland and on-site in the Łódź region. Workshops can be arranged wherever your team is located.
